Gingerbread Cookies for Christmas Tree (2001 Collection)
This year cookies were decorated with sugar paste of different flavours: chocolate hazelnut, mango and strawberry.
Lots of sparkle and glitters for the bling!

100 servings of eggless cake. Tropical-mango and chocolae.
Toy Story
Cake, cupcakes and cake pops project. I never thought those tiny pops are sooooooo time consuming!!! I now respect Bakerella even more lol
Chanel Sugar Ballet Shoe and Box Cake
25 servings of vanilla cake.
Rice paper tissue paper.
Sugar ballet slipper is lifesize (size 7) :)

Micro Fashion Collection
I had so much fun creating these! Once you start, you really can't stop designing new items! I wish creating a real wardrobe was that easy :)
The shoe size is 1.7" and even though I created a tiny cutter for soles, each heel and upper parts are painstakingly hand molded and then decorated.
All cupcakes are decorated with white and gold fondant and crowned with amazingly detailed sugar shoes and purses and then encased in beautiful custom cut paper wrappers.

The Naked Cake
Many are wondering what is inside of those cakes, right under the fondant sugar coat. Well, here is the naked one.
Covered with rich chocolate ganache, waiting to wear some pink fondant and to be later crowned with a huge peony flower.
Silver Wedding Cake
50 servings of chocolate cake, filled with chocolate truffle and vanilla meringue buttercream.
This was a rush order for a surprise party for a couple celebrating their Silver Wedding - 25 year Wedding Anniversary.
Pink Peony Cake with Leo Sign
25 servings of chocolate cake for a very elegant lady's Birthday party.
Her sister ordered a surprise cake for her and asked for something elegant and sophisticated. She also asked to include some birthday wishes and birthday girl's astrological sign - Leo.
