Many are wondering what is inside of those cakes, right under the fondant sugar coat. Well, here is the naked one.
Covered with rich chocolate ganache, waiting to wear some pink fondant and to be later crowned with a huge peony flower.

I know you probably won't give away your recipe, but could you recommend a chocolate ganache recipe for use in filling and coating a cake like the one you've done here? My ganache is usually very liquid-y, and the one hear looks almost like buttercream.
