ALLERGY ALERT!

Dear valued customers, please note: I usually never have peanuts around, but can't guarantee nut/peanut-free environment for my cakes.

 

Please, note: almost any carved cake has a layer of chocolate ganache under rolled fondant.


Due to high ratio of real chocolate in almost all cake fillings, any cake is made so it could stand at least a few hours at regular room temperature and does NOT require to be refrigerated before consumption. So you may maximize the display time of your beautiful cake at your venue.  However, any leftovers must be refrigerated before next day.


Most Popular CAKE & FLAVOR COMBINATIONS:

Lemon cake filled with Lemon infused White Chocolate Cream Cheese Buttercream and Tangy Lemon Filling, alternated every other layer. For some sculpted cakes lemon custard cannot be used for the sake of structural stability.

Dark and rich chocolate cake with filled with  chocolate truffle.

Milk chocolate cake filled with chocolate truffle.

Mocha cake - Milk chocolate cake with a subtle coffee flare filled with mocha-infused chocolate truffle.

White Velvet Butter Cake (Vanilla) filled with Fantastic White Chocolate Cream Cheese Buttercream

Red Velvet Cake filled with Fantastic White Chocolate Cream Cheese Buttercream

Carrot Cake filled with Orange infused White Chocolate Cream Cheese Buttercream Very moist, delicate and fragrant, infused with spices, and pure orange juice. Pineapple chunks, Raisins and nuts may be added. Not for all sculpted cakes!

Italian Cream Cake filled with Pineapple infused White Chocolate Cream Cheese Buttercream with wallnuts or pecans (optional), fragrant toasted coconut and juicy pineapple chunks. Not for all sculpted cakes!

CAKES:

Golden Yellow Butter Cake (yellow). Moist and tender cake, has a light, soft crumb.

White Velvet Butter Cake (white). Very soft, moist and delicate butter cake.

Lemon Cake (yellow). Golden Yellow Butter Cake with pure lemon oil and zest.

Strawberry Cake (pink). White Velvet Butter Cake with strawberry puree and/or chunks.

Strawberry-Champagne Cake (pink). White Velvet Butter Cake with strawberry puree and/or chunks and champagne flavor.

Red Velvet Cake (red). Traditional southern cake.

Rich Dark Chocolate Cake. Very rich and moist dark Belgian chocolate cake.

Milk chocolate cake. Very chocolaty, mild and moist milk Belgian chocolate cake.

Mocha cake. Moist fine Belgian milk chocolate cake with a subtle coffee flare.


FILLINGS:

Fantastic White Chocolate Cream Cheese Buttercream. Contains real fresh butter, fresh cream cheese and finest quality imported white chocolate only, no extra sugar added! Very light and not excessively sweet.

Add more flavor: fresh lemon juice (my personal favorite), fresh orange juice, pure vanilla extract, real vanilla beans, cheesecake, pineapple, coconut, bavarian creme, shampagne, almond.

 

Belgian Chocolate Truffle (Ganache). Real Whipping Cream + Finest Quality Imported Belgian Chocolate, no extra sugar added! Not excessively sweet.

Mocha Chocolate Truffle (Mocha infused Ganache). Real Whipping Cream naturally brewed with real coffee beans + Finest Quality Imported Belgian Chocolate, no extra sugar added! Not excessively sweet.

White Chocolate Truffle (Ganache). Real Whipping Cream + Finest Quality Imported White Belgian Chocolate, no extra sugar added! Not excessively sweet.

Dulce de Leche Buttercream - confiture de lait/caramel. Contains Dulce de Leche*, finest quality imported white chocolate, real fresh butter.

*Dulce de leche means "milk candy," and it's basically a thick caramel-like syrup made from slowly cooking milk and sugar.

Lemon filling (tangy). Best if used together with lemon flavored White Chocolate Cream Cheese Buttercream, I alternate them every other layer.

 

ADD-ONS: nuts (sorry, no peanuts), raisins, coconut, toasted coconut, chocolate chips... - You name it!!!
