When you are ready to place your order, a 25% deposit of the total price discussed is required to be made within 24h period in order to guarantee your date availability. The balance of the total amount is to be payed upon cake pick up.

To make your safe online deposit, either click on PAY NOW button above, or go to www.paypal.com, login, click on SEND MONEY tab. In the "To (Email or mobile phone)" field enter This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it (This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it) , enter amount in Canadian Dollars, check "services" and click "Continue". On the next page, before sending money, scroll the page down to "Email to recipient" and enter

Subject: Cake deposit from (your name)

or

Subject: Cake equipment refundable security deposit from (you name)

Message: (list of the rented equipment, such as cake support system or special cake board/base ets.)

REFUNDS

Your cake deposit will be 100% refunded if you decide to cancel your order no later then 7 days before the cake delivery date.

Your cake equipment refundable security deposit will be 100% refunded upon return of the mentioned equipment (must be returned no later then 14 days after the cake delivery date and be in the same functional/physical/cosmetic condition it was given to you (the customer).) If rented Items are not returned within 14 day period, they are concidered being bought by you (the customer) and no refund will be issued.

If you (the customer) make cake equipment refundable security deposit and deside to cancel your order in advance (but no later then 7 days before the delivery date), this deposit might be fully or partially refunded (depending on the situation) if by the time of the order cancelation no special order or purchase of mentioned equipment  was made by me (the cake designer).
